I was invited to be the keynote speaker at this year’s National Association of Pretrial Service Agencies conference in Pittsburgh earlier this month. I spoke about the growing movement for bail reform nationwide to an audience of 700 people on September 10, and then moderated the plenary session on the same topic the following day.
